Topographical Surveys
Topographical surveys are carried out to accurately map site features and survey ground levels to provide a 2D or 3D map of the site. The survey data is typically used by architects or engineers to provide information for planning or design purposes.

Topographical surveys (also known as land surveys), provide our clients with an accurate and detailed representation of their site layout including all physical hard and soft features above the ground. This can include, but is not limited to, roads, street furniture, buildings, tree locations and boundary demarcations such as fences and walls.

We use the latest GPS, Total Station and 3D Laserscanning technology to carry out accurate topographical land and site surveys to ITM Grid coordinates.

We provide a range of drawing formats to suit you or your Architects needs including 2D CAD or Civil 3D and Revit compatible formats and pdf’s.
