Setting out is a key part of preparation on any construction site. It is the process of transferring the building plan onto the land using precisely set out points and markers for features such as excavation, foundations, kerbs, services, site drainage and new boundaries.

 

Our experienced engineers will work alongside your on-site team and sub-contractors involved in civil engineering and construction works, ensuring construction proceeds on-time and on-budget.

We offer a variety of setting out services from the initial site visit, setting up site control points through to the checking of the final work and producing as-built drawings of the site area.
